Bru Bone Broth

@costco had this Bru bone broth. It comes in four flavors, and they’re all amazing! Note the beef one has cayenne pepper so it’s a reintroduction broth (only if you’re good with peppers 🌶). Although I enjoy making new variants of bone broth at home each week, I’m always appreciative of a clean, easily accessible bone broth! After sampling all 4 and reading each label we bought 1 of each. Healthy Brussels and Bacon

For my liver detoxing friends – missing pork is rough I know. I went from a Paleo bacon 🥓 all the time kinda girl to lean meats in an effort to help my over taxed liver have to process less fat. The other night I whipped up some organic brussel sprouts and used some organic nitrate free turkey bacon as a little nostalgic boost to what used to be a favorite dish. It was glorious! I used filtered water and some sea salt to cook my Brussels for about 7 minutes and then added in a few strips of chopped up 🦃 🥓 for roughly 5 minutes and ta-da!! Vegetable Breakfast Bowl

Vegan 🌱 AIP breakfast bowl 🍲- but let’s keep it real, it’s delicious any time of the day 🙌🏻 today’s batch included all the @danvillefarmersmarket veggies we needed to use and a few items from @wholefoods #organic everything: parsnips, turnips, garlic, onions, yellow and green squash, spinach, brussel sprouts, green onions, 1 cup of filtered water, 1 can of pumpkin purée (note you can use organic vegetable broth too). Throw everything in a big pot, add sea salt, turmeric and bring to a boil. Then simmer with a lid on the pot for 35 minutes. Enjoy!!! 😋 #aipworks #wholefoods#keepitclean #breakfast

Super Easy and Healthy Snacks

Busy life – so grab yourself a 5# bag of organic broccoli 🥦 @costco , drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle some sea salt and bake @ 350 for 22 minutes 😋 Sometimes I have to remember that I’m shorter on time than money 💵 (because daily it feels like I’m short on both) and I’ll buy already cut and prepped veggies – and honestly it’s worth it 🙌🏻 when I can find what I need and it’s organic and non-gmo I’m over the moon 🌝 excited! It’s honestly so delicious my 10 year old grabs a bowl and eats it. Starting healthy habits young is important. I know how hard I struggled at 34 to create better eating habits.
