AIP Dynamic Band Workout!

For those just getting back into moving again, do 1-2 rounds with a very light tension band.

Intermediate – 2-4 rounds with a light to medium tension band

Advanced – 4-5 Rounds with a difficult band, like a blue or black band!

You don’t need heavy weight or anything fancy to build lean muscle mass, get moving and look and feel your best!!
