Kat and I will be sharing with all of you our 4th of July Menus so you too can survive the holiday! BBQs are a great time to be AIP, and we’ve got a delicious Red, White & Blue Sweet treat for you as well (no sugar addes, no worries), Mocktails so you’re glass is full of alcohol free goodness as well!
Also, starting Monday we will be chronicling our 30 day AIP experience, so on a day to day basis you can check on the nutrition page for a new recipe, and have a snapshot view of what our AIP day looks like start to finish! It’s important to us that you know we’re here to support you and share ways to incorporate healthy living into your lives without running yourself into the ground with extra work, “Ain’t nobody got time for that!”
